Supporting the community

Whether it’s providing volunteer marshals for events such as the annual Radcliffe on Trent fireworks, or organising collections of old football equipment to send to developing countries, we’re always keen to do our bit to support people in our own community and beyond.

In terms of our community activity, our biggest event of the year is our annual club Boxing Day charity match. Usually this will be contested between a Radcliffe Olympic select XI and a Radcliffe veterans XI. Each year, proceeds from the match goes to nominated charities – and over the years the event has raised tens of thousands for good causes.
